Delete your Kidly account

In the app

1. Open Kidly and tap Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email hello@kidlyapp.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, password and plans are deleted straight away. Copies in our backups are removed automatically within 7 days. We do not keep any of this information after that.
